You will need:
Download a copy of the pattern
Small Pieces of Fabric
Some Felt
Double Sided Fusible Webbing
Fabric Glue (or needle & thread)
Ribbon for Chin Ties
Yarn to make Pom-Poms
Selection of Trims & other bits-&-bobs to decorate
